Ingredients: 6 cups thinly sliced, peeled apples (6 medium) 3/4 cup sugar 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 Pillsbury™ Pie CrustsInstructions:

1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg and lemon juice.
3. Place one of the Pillsbury™ Pie Crusts in a 9-inch pie plate. Pour the apple mixture into the crust. Place the second crust on top and crimp the edges to seal.
4. Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce the oven temperature to 375°F and bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
5. Let cool before serving. Enjoy!
