Did you know that packing the right stuff in your gym bag can sometimes be just as important as getting to the gym itself? Having all of the essentials with you, from a beauty care kit and sporty outfit to a water bottle and nutritious snacks, will help make sure that you have enough energy for those high intensity workouts. Here are some must-have items for your perfect gym bag!
1. Beauty Care Kit – Face wash, wet wipes, deodorant, dry shampoo…these should all go into your ultimate beauty care kit! Even if you shower after going to the gym don’t forget these items since they might come in handy before or during it.
2. Sporty Outfit – You want clothes which not only look cute but cover up areas where flab is most likely to show so better stick with sweatpants and t-shirt preferably made out of breathable fabrics like cotton or lycra blends etc.. A personal favorite: compression pants—not only slimming but also great for keeping muscles warm while working out 😉
3. Water Bottle & Energy Gels– Hydration is KEY when exercising so carrying an empty water bottle isn't really gonna cut it unless there's a reliable source of drinking water wherever it is that u work out at...Your best bet is bringing pre-filled bottles instead -Energy gels aren't bad either fellas ;). Pack them however many times u think ur body needs though; overdosing on caffeine isn’t a good practice here buddy !
4. Protein Bars/Snacks– Bananas blueberries protein bars nuts yogurt whatever floats yer boat!! Eating light yet healthy bites throughout modernizing exercises both enhances overall performance n reduces soreness Next day YAY 🙂 .
5 iPod / Phone player + Headphones-- Working out becomes oh so much more groovy when we got our favorite tunes blaringggg through headphones LOL :) --This obviously includes chargers too cause nobody likes running low battery mid workout .. bleh its utterly annoying lol Enjoyyyy ;)
Having everything together now makes preparing way easier =) Finally , let's hit dat treadmill (or outdoors weather permitting :) ) Before ya know it babe ... endorphin overload ~
