I first heard about it when a colleague sent me a link to check his work and it prompted me to download the app to look at it on my phone.

Yeah. And how was your first experience downloading and setting it up and using it for the first time

In the moment? It was a bit annoying cause I was just trying to look at the link that he sent me. I wasn't really in the mindset to download an app, I would've just wanted to use it on or look at it on the browser. But since setting it up, it's been really good.

Hmm. So what else have you been finding really good or really easy about the app so far?

I, yeah, I really like that there's like a focused mobile experience. It's really impressive that you've brought all of those like concepts down to like an app friendly format and it's really nice to be able to just check things on the bus to work.

Hmm. Yeah. You mentioned a little bit about signing up being a little bit difficult. Were there any other experiences you've been finding difficult lately?

I mean, the app is great. I really like it. I think it's been a bit annoying that it can be quite slow when I'm trying to navigate to certain things. Yeah, I think that's the most annoying part. Everything else is great.

And maybe last question before we wrap up. If you had a magic wand and you could change anything about your current experience, what would it be?
Speaker: 1
It's really good. I, yeah, I think if it was a little bit faster, I'd be way more inclined to check things on my phone at the moment. I still would prefer to use the web app on desktop, but I think if you fix those issues with the slowness, it would be i'd, I'd go to it all the time.
