Notwithstanding any other rule in this paper, the responsibilities of "Party A" in this part will continue even if this Agreement ends or expires. "Party B" is giving up the right to ask for more money for damages than what is mentioned here, and understands that this limit is fair and an important reason for "Party A" to agree to this Agreement. This rule will be understood and controlled by the laws of the State of Texas.
